The Lake House

The Lakehouse, Wellsborough is a truly unique house nestled in the Leicestershire countryside close to the border with Warwickshire.

The house was a replacement of the bungalow that sat on the site on the edge of the historic town of Market Bosworth and whilst it uses broadly the same footprint as the previous bungalow Hayward Architects were able to achieve planning for the total replacement of the bungalow with a 2 storey dwelling.

Stables, storage barn and a triple garage with rooms over were also all approved at the site.
