Our client wanted to add a small kitchen extension to improve the space available to them in this important family area but did not want to compromise on the design. The garden space is not deep due to their position on a corner plot but has plenty of width so we wanted to “turn” the extension away from the rear boundary to open up the garden space. This was achieved with the use of a cantilevered corner feature with sliding doors that open out to really connect the outside and inside spaces.
