Merton House involved the total demolition of the existing house and replacement with a new high end bespoke dwelling.

The dwelling included a cutting edge Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery system that feeds to whole house.

The detailing took many traditional materials such as brick, stone and render and used them in a modern way to deliver a truly stand out home in one of Leicestershire’s primary residential addresses.
