The remodel of Leachmore House involved an almost total demolition and rebuild of a house that had previously had a number of extensions but was in need of modernisation. The works included taking out much of the back of the house and remodelling the layout to create a modern family home. An additional floor of accommodation was added along with a quadruple garage with bar room over.

We have recently been asked to add an additional extension to form a gym and entertainment area along with an outside kitchen and covered seating area. This is currently on-site with completion expected shortly!
