House Extension, Ratcliffe Culey

The house at Ratcliffe Culey on the Leicestershire and Warwickshire border was in desperate need of modernisation with a layout that meant most rooms could only be accessed by walking through other spaces. Hayward Architects prepared designs and gained planning approval for a traditional Orangery style extension to the rear which meant that the layout could be rationalised and the flow through the house improved.
