Hayward Architects were employed to provide a replacement family home at Westmoreland Farm, Hinckley. The main home provides over 4600ft² of accommodation including a therapy pool. The property also boasts 2 separate annexes all set in around 38 acres of Leicestershire countryside.

The property was constructed in a barn conversion style to reflect the surrounding countryside and rural location of the property.
