This former Santander bank was purchased by our client with a view to creating an independent coffee shop and multi function community space in the heart of Hinckley Town Centre. Although the bank was not one of the oldest buildings in the town it does have a striking frontage that both the council and client were keen to retain and enhance.
The coffee shop is now a thriving hub for the community of Hinckley.
Hayward Architects supported our long term client in the delivery of a new build supermarket and food hall. The award winning Triple A Food hall shows what a good quality convenience store can be.
Swagbox commissioned Hayward Architects to create a new shop front to replace the tired looking one that was there previously. The owners had secured a grant from the Local Authority which supported the reinstatement of traditional shop frontages which dictated some of the design elements.
Hayward Architects worked to deliver a new KFC restaurant near to Nuneaton Train Station. The site was a former public house that had been demolished and KFC identified the site for a new store.
Working with the KFC standards we delivered a new restaurant and drive through at the site.
Hayward Architects have been working with Ullesthorpe GC and Green Tyger design over a number of years to deliver a new driving range, Par 3 short course, Pro-Shop and auxiliary accommodation to bring the golf course into the 21st Century.
Our primary focus was on creating a new pro-shop and offices along with a new range building to serve the revamped driving range. Around 100,000 tonnes of soil have been imported to the site to level the field that will become the new range with a new 21 bay driving range building including start of the art video and teaching bays.
The pro-shop will replace the small one currently located in the main club house and allow for the existing clubhouse to be remodelled to create a modern destination golf club supported by the adjacent hotel.
