Hayward Architects have worked on various projects on the Ranmoor Estate from new entrance gates and walls through to new glamping pods, machinery stores, car parks and even a beach bar!
The site is a mixed holiday let site with both holiday cottages and glamping pods as well as a large private residence.
Hayward Architects worked with the owners of the FAB Noodle Bar in Hinckley with the fit out of a new build space to form a take-away and restaurant. We also helped with the alcohol licensing application.
Hayward Architects have carried out various works at Cafe Simla over the years including the infamous Palm Trees Planning Application!
These works included a large extension to the rear of the restaurant to create a high-end cocktail bar with a relaxing feel which compliments the existing restaurant. in recent years there have been a number of commercial and industrial developments in the area so Cafe Simla wanted to expand to provide a high-end dining experience for those working locally.
