We have a long history of delivering Industrial developments around the Hinckley and Nuneaton areas as well as further afield. Many of the industrial developments around the edge of Nuneaton including Hemdale Park and Attleborough Fields have a number of buildings which were designed by Hayward Architects.
Our long term clients Printing and Packaging were looking for additional Manufacturing and Storage space for their expanding business. They managed to secure the bus depot adjacent to their main manufacturing base and asked Hayward Architects to provide full services in the design and delivery of a new facility.
The new building included office and meeting space for upper management as well as creating a new entrance area for visitors to the business. The building was linked to the existing site and office spaces with a new bridge link.
Hayward Architects worked with HORIBA MIRA and Colmar Construction to deliver a UK first Driving Simulator Centre at the site near Nuneaton. The simulator replaced a delipidated workshop which was a hangover from the sites time as a World War II RAF base.
The new state of centre included a full 360 degree immersive, hydraulic simulator as well as a smaller simulator and associated showroom and offices.
Hayward Architects are in the process of gaining Planning Approval for a large manufacturing unit extension and complete remodel of the existing facilities for Glen Farrow. Glen Farrow specialise in the installation of large scale Biomass Boiler heating systems.
