Hayward Architects were asked to prepare designs for a replacement Nursery School at Lutterworth College. The existing building had become run down and was no longer fit for purpose. The brief was to create a modern Nursery School with auxiliary accommodation so that this facility could contain to provide pre-school education to the surrounding area.
The Dixie Grammar School, a private school in the historic town of Market Bosworth asked Hayward Architects to help deliver a new Sports Pavillion at their sports centre site. The site sits in open countryside and therefore it was important that any building was low impact but still provided a flexible space for the use by many differing groups.
Narborough Council commissioned Hayward Architects to a provide a new Parish Centre that would include offices for the Parish Council as well as a new hall for the use of the community. The previous hall had become outdated and expensive to run so as well as creating spaces that were flexible for a number of community uses it was also important for the new centre to be energy efficient and use green technologies to heat the spaces with Air Source heating installed.
